What we collect and why

Shanghai JUMING Industrial Co., Ltd. collects the business email, company, location, selected products, quantities and message you submit. The overseas home-page contact request asks only for an email and consent. The quotation forms on both sites use email only for public contact; they do not ask for a phone number, WhatsApp or WeChat. We also receive the referring page and any UTM campaign parameters. We use these details to reply, prepare quotations and follow up. We do not request payment details.

Storage and access

Our site-managed lead records are subject to a 90-day cleanup from submission. Linked local CRM contacts are removed when they have no other activity or opportunity. Authorized staff may access records for sales follow-up. This 90-day rule does not cover email-provider copies, marketing subscriptions, an external EspoCRM installation, access logs or backups; their retention must be checked and managed separately. The lead service stores a one-way IP hash for rate limiting, while infrastructure logs may contain an IP address.

Site preferences and measurement

The site stores language and privacy choices in your browser. Selected product IDs and quantities stay in this tab unless you choose device storage; inquiry contact details and notes stay in this tab while you navigate and are cleared after successful submission or when the tab is closed. If configured, GA4 loads only after you allow measurement and stops sending new events after you withdraw consent. It receives page and inquiry events without inquiry text or contact fields, but Google may process identifiers and IP-related information; this is not anonymous measurement. A trusted network provider may supply a country code to choose a default language.

External services

Cloudflare may provide routing and Turnstile verification; Resend may process inquiry notices and subscription emails; an enabled EspoCRM connection may receive inquiry copies. Provider infrastructure and authorized staff access may involve processing in other countries. Hosting location, provider retention, access logs and backup deletion require separate operational verification.
