What we collect and why

Shanghai JUMING Industrial Co., Ltd. collects the inquiry details you provide. On the overseas site, the full quotation form requires a business email and accepts an optional phone or WhatsApp number; the separate homepage contact request only asks for your email and consent so sales can follow up before you prepare a product inquiry. On the domestic site, the quotation form requires your company, province or city and mobile number, while a business email and WeChat ID are optional. Both sites also accept selected products, quantities and notes when supplied, plus the referring page and UTM parameters attached to your visit. We use this information to respond, prepare a quotation and follow up with you. Payment details are never requested.

Storage and access

The two sites keep inquiry records, follow-up notes and linked local CRM records in separate company-managed databases for 90 days from submission; an automatic daily cleanup then deletes them. If CRM synchronization is enabled, a copy is also sent to EspoCRM for sales follow-up and is managed under that system's separate retention controls. Server and reverse-proxy access logs may contain an IP address and are automatically rotated after 90 days. The lead database stores a one-way hash of the IP address for rate limiting, rather than the raw IP. Authorized site administrators and sales staff can access inquiry details for follow-up. Email alerts are sent through Resend; mail addressed to [email protected] is routed through Cloudflare Email Routing to the designated receiving mailbox.

Site preferences

This site does not load advertising or analytics tracking before you opt in. If GA4 is configured, it receives only aggregate page and inquiry events after you allow anonymous measurement; inquiry text and contact details are not sent to GA4. The site stores language and privacy choices in your browser. Selected product IDs and quantities remain in this tab's session storage, including when you move between pages; you can choose to keep them on this device after closing the tab. Form contact details and notes are not saved across pages. If location is supplied by a trusted network provider, a country-code cookie may be kept for up to 24 hours to choose a default language. You can always change the language manually.

External services and international access

The sites are hosted on a server outside mainland China. Inquiry information is processed on that server and may be accessed by authorized sales staff in other locations. Cloudflare provides email routing and, if enabled, Turnstile verification. Resend processes outbound inquiry notifications. If GA4 is enabled and you opt in, Google processes aggregate measurement events. Optional product update subscriptions, if enabled, are handled by the configured email service. The location of each service follows that provider's infrastructure and applicable terms.
